How to deploy

Here is all you need to create a presentation space with the help of NiceMeeting:

  • NiceMeeting application
  • A computer where NiceMeeting will be installed
  • A multimedia projector connected to the NiceMeeting computer
  • A WiFi hotspot or access to the WLAN.  

The NiceMeeting presentation space can operate as a standalone network with its own WiFi hotspot, or as part of the corporate WLAN.

NiceMeeting can provide a single access point to all presentation sites within a company or business center. Each multimedia projector is connected to a computer with NiceMeeting installed on it. One of the computers operates as the main server. In this scenario, users that log in the system can select any presentation site they need.

NiceMeeting enables two types of access to presentation materials:

  • open access (no login or password required to access the presentation space)
  • restricted access (login and password required)
